Yamaha has stopped production of inboard engines
early 2000's but the ME series still equips many
fishing boats around the world. Yamaha has
focused on highest cylinder capacity for
inboard saildrive engines, and of course its entire
outboard range. YAMAHA also launches its range
of diesel engines HYDRA DRIVE (stern drive YAMAHA).
The YAMAHA HYDRA DRIVE : from 165 horses with
ME370Sti to 315 horses with the ME432Sti through
two intermediate models, 245 horsepower (ME422Sti)
and 275 horsepower with ME422Sti High Output.
