Sabb Motor is a Norwegian manufacturer
of small marine diesel engines, mainly
single or twin cylinders. Sabb started to
build engines at the request of fishermen.
The word 'Sabb' means toughness and
reliability. Sabb has been producing
engines since 1925 and is long one of
the leading engine manufacturers
of lifeboats in the world. Some of
their marine diesel engines were
equipped with a Mitsubishi engine.
